Just wanted to put up a quick note apologizing for my current tag backlog. As most of you know, I started a new job two weeks ago, and while I could not be more thrilled about it, it's a big adjustment, and one that's been taking more out of me than I anticipated. I'm trying to tag what I can when I can, and I definitely plan on getting back to everything, it just might continue to happen slowly for a little while longer while I continue settling in.

As most of you already know, I tested positive for covid this past Thursday. I've been fortunate to have fairly mild symptoms so far, but I'm still feeling really unwell and worn down, and a lot of what little energy I do have has been going into a very abrupt transition to working from home. All of this is to say, I'm definitely still continuing all my threads, but tags might be even slower than usual while I ride this out.

I've been tweeting about this, so many of you probably already know, but just in case, for those who don't: I got my second vaccine dose on Tuesday and proceeded to get hit with Every Possible Side Effect in full force. It's been... a very rough day and a half, and I'm doing a bit better than I was but still feel like death warmed over, so tags are probably going to stay on hold for another day or two while I ride out the rest of this. Hopefully by the weekend, I'll be recovered enough to start getting back to everything, new-ish and old.

I've gotten way, way behind on tags as a result, and for that, I apologize. I'm still planning on getting back to everything, and there are some posts up now that I'm hoping to be able to tag into, but it just might take me a little longer than I'd like. Of course, if anything winds up being too old, I totally understand.
I really appreciate the patience, and hopefully I'll get fully back into things soon.

For those who haven't been following along on Twitter, things have gotten extra crazy over here; my dad has officially been exposed to COVID-19, and the past few days have been a whirlwind of isolating ourselves from each other in the house and figuring out what that will entail, me moving my stuff to and trying to get settled in the basement, and obsessively cleaning, just in case. On top of that, it's a rough, emotional time of year for me anyway, and I was already sort of anticipating not really being able to have my head in the game before... well, the world got super insane.
All that said, I do plan on getting back to everything, and tagging into what I still can. It just might be slower than I would like or had hoped. (A few of these tags I know are already very old, but I promise they're coming.)

Apr. 9th, 2019 06:18 amfemmejosephine I don't usually post hiatus/slowatus notices, but I'm currently in a country that blocks Gmail, so I can only find out I have tags by going to the relevant Dreamwidth inbox. This is, obviously, slightly less efficient. Fortunately, the Gmail app is somehow badging to tell me I should go to said inboxes (even though it will not then give me those emails), but it's still less than an optimal way to get information.
I will continue to tag as I'm able, but they will be delayed.

I have a lot of personal stuff going on, and it looks like the dog I’ve had for fifteen years doesn’t have much time left. Days, maybe. Just wanted to apologize quickly for my current backlog of tags and how old some of them have gotten. I've had a pretty rough week, and I meant to use today to finally catch up, but everything wound up sort of upended by the discovery that our heater at home is broken. I'm staying elsewhere for the time being, so hopefully (knock on wood) I'll be able to catch up on some sorely needed sleep tonight and buckle down tomorrow. Regardless, I do plan on getting back to everything as soon as I'm able, and I'm really sorry for the wait.

Aug. 1st, 2018 01:38 amfloozyfacadeHey, guys, me again. This is just a heads-up that, while I am tagging very slowly, it's very slowly. I got a toothache on Friday night that's turned into a whole Thing. (Yes, I saw the dentist, and he could do basically nothing to help me, so I'm waiting for an appointment/second opinion with my usual dentist, who is, of course, on vacation.) Sometimes I'm okay, but most of the time it's fluctuating between mild and incredibly intense pain which is both distracting when it's happening and exhausting at all times. As it turns out, being in debilitating pain takes it right out of you! So... I'm slow. I'm trying to get to tags, but I kind of only have the energy and/or focus for a couple at a time.
So that's why I haven't tagged back Veronica's EP yet or Elsa's birthday, but I'm very excited to get to those when I can. Thank you for your patience, as ever.

I still plan to try and get Eponine caught up today and Pride tagged into, but as you may be seeing on
